Imperatus Ltd to End Wedjinni Online Wedding Planner Beta by Aug 31 to Head for Final Release

Imperatus Ltd, announed today that it will stop offering a free public beta version of Wedjinni, a unique online wedding planning application targeted to soon-to get married couples and wedding-oriented businesses as it’s close to a final public release by September.

Wedjinni (http://www.wedjinni.com), a unique online wedding planner application targeting both the soon-to-get-married couples and wedding related businesses, is almost ready to hit the market, as Imperatus’ CEO Theodore Batzakas announced today, by ending the beta version availability. Immediatelly after the initial public release on September, iOS version for iPad and iPhone follows. An Android version will also be available before the end of the year.

Wedjinni offers a clean and flexible cloud-based platform, that helps couples manage every task of their wedding namely budget, invitations, rsvps, reception, gifts, contacts, calendars, todo lists etc. Every account of wedjinni is offered for 2 users, so the bride and groom can work together by using their specific account so they can also manage personal calendars and todo lists.

Besides day-to-day tasks management, wedjinni also offers a unique service named jinniQuest(tm). JinniQuest is an online need-and-supply system, allowing couples to request proposals for their wedding needs and suppliers to make direct proposals to them based on certain criteria. JinniQuest, according to Imperatus, aims to change the way weddings get done, by reversing the “searching for vendors procedure”. JinniQuest, on the mobile devices world, will also offer a near-business-spotting feature, with business ratings and reviews.

During the beta testing period, users have managed expenses over $ 1m using wedjinni.

Wedjinni has a complete API that allows 3rd party applications to get integrated with the platform. As of today, one personal payments system named TippingCircle (http://www.tippingcircle.com) has already been integrated with wedjinni to offer it’s user a way to display in real time the gifts they receive from their friends. More services are scheduled to follow later this year, allowing direct invitations’ printing and other services.
